How Does It Work?
The CRYOLINE CS is a compact, self-stacking spiral freezer offering a high throughput based on liquid nitrogen (LIN). It uses vertical height instead of linear floor space to achieve a high production capacity on a small footprint.
It is suitable for a wide range of food products, including meat patties, whole fish or fish fillets, pies, ice cream, pastries, pizza and ready-made dishes. The spiral can also be used as a cooling unit.This “rapid freeze” enabled by CRYOLINE CS enables lower product yield losses than other slower and higher-temperature freezers. This model can thus improve your yield while maintaining food quality.
