How Does It Work?
The CRYOLINE CF is a multipurpose cryogenic food chilling and freezing cabinet. It is ideal for batch production, catering or food service facilities such as bakeries and ready-meal lines where food trolleys or trays are manually loaded. The freezer offers faster and more even freezing than mechanical batch freezers. Either liquid nitrogen (LIN) or carbon dioxide (LIC) can be used as the cryogen.
This model is especially useful for crust- or full-freezing of prepared foods, bakery products, seafood, meat and large-sized products. The CRYOLINE CF can also be used to store frozen or chilled products.
The hygienic freezer design with easy-to-use controls, a choice of recipes and different operating modes, delivers high output on a small footprint. This allows greater flexibility for operations requiring either short or long cycle times.
