Building on our proven expertise in air separation and plant engineering, our NITRONTM series of small on-sites uses a single distillation column with a vacuum-insulated coldbox to deliver nitrogen (N2) purities of up to 99.9995%. These models are a firm favorite in industries that require a continuous stream of nitrogen with the flexibility to sometimes meet peaks in demand. These include sectors such as solar panels, glass, chemicals and refining, lithium battery production, heat treatment, tire curing as well as food and beverages. To deliver ultra-high purities above 99.99999% (or 100 parts per billion; ppb), our NITRONTM E series features optimized double distillation column technology, making it ideal for purity-critical industries such as semiconductors and electronics.
We offer NITRON plants on a build, own, operate (BOO) basis, which means you can leave the gas supply to us and focus on your operations without having to tie up capital in gas infrastructure.
