Let Us Look After Your Gas Supply - so You Can Focus on Your Business

As your needs rise, you may find that an on-site production method of delivery is a more flexible and cost-effective fit for your volume and availability requirements, especially if you require continuous but sometimes fluctuating volumes of gas.

Our ECOVAR® portfolio of on-site supply solutions gives you the best of both worlds. We can build, own and operate (BOO) the plant on your behalf - so you don't have to lock up valuable resources in capital expenditure or worry about daily operations. In addition, our proven engineering expertise and operational experience combine to give you a reliable, flexible and cost-effective supply solution. And for added security of supply, ECOVAR comes with a backup concept based on pipeline or trailer supplies from our other plants. In addition, our standardized, modular designs give you a rapid, low-risk path to rapid deployment - with the added bonus of continuous, remote monitoring. Our EVOVAR family includes our NITRONTM and NITRONTM E series for nitrogen and our VITRONTM series for oxygen. We also offer nitrogen plants based on pressure swing adsorption.

For higher volumes of oxygen and nitrogen, we also offer air separation units (ASUs) scaling from containerized and modularized designs to custom-engineered world-class plants. Our on-site portfolio includes plants for hydrogen, carbon monoxide (HyCO) or mixtures of these two gases (syngas). All of these plants are also available on a full-service model combining engineering, construction and operations.

Complementing cylinder and bulk supplies of carbon dioxide (CO2), we also specialize in on-site CO2 capture and processing plants. These on-sites are typically located close to sources of CO2 emissions such as refining, chemical, power and industrial plants. Based on modular or customized builds, they include all steps required to separate and condition the CO2 stream, including compression, purification, dehydration and liquefaction. The gas is then delivered to the point of use in the phase, pressure and purity you need. Visit our engineering site for more information on our CO2 on-site offering.
