REDLINE Cylinder Pressure Regulators

This series is especially suited to specialty gases where demands on purity, tightness and safety are very high. Different models are available for different pressure and purging requirements. All the regulators in the C 200 series are especially suitable for non-corrosive gases up to 6.0 purity (99.9999%) as well as gas mixtures with a low concentration (ppm/ppb) of corrosive components.

C 200 regulators are available in single- and two-stage models. Single-stage regulators are preferred where the primary pressure is fairly constant (e.g. for gases in liquid phase), while two-stage regulators are favored when a very stable secondary pressure is necessary and the primary pressure varies significantly.

C 200 regulators have a maximum primary pressure of 230 bar (3,336 psi).

REDLINE^® C 200/1

C 200/1 is a single-stage diaphragm pressure regulator for applications where minor fluctuations in outlet pressure due to diminishing inlet supply can be tolerated. It can be plain or equipped with a shut-off valve (type A), a metering valve (type B) or a purging device for the high-pressure side (type P). It can also be equipped with an inert gas purge valve (TP) or with a triple purge block (EP). The outlet pressure range extends from 0.2 bar (2.9 psi) to 200 bar (2,900 psi).

REDLINE^® C 200/2

C 200/2 is a two-stage diaphragm pressure regulator for applications requiring constant pressure control and delivery regardless of supply pressure variations. It can be plain or equipped with a shut-off valve (type A), a metering valve (type B) or a purging device for the high-pressure side (type P). It can also be equipped with an inert gas purge valve (TP), a triple purge block (EP) or downstream purge (DP) valve. The outlet pressure range goes from 0.2 bar (2.9 psi) to 14 bar (203 psi).

REDLINE^® C 200hv/2

Last but not least, C 200hv/2 is a two-stage diaphragm pressure regulator for applications requiring constant pressure control and delivery regardless of supply pressure variations. It is designed to reduce the inlet pressure to very low outlet pressures and can regulate low pressures very precisely. The regulator also has a vacuum dosing capability down to 0.1 bar abs. C 200hv/2 can be plain or equipped with a shut-off valve (type A) or a metering valve (type B). The outlet pressure ranges from 0.2 bar (2.9 psi) to 3 bar (44 psi).

These regulators are suited to all gases with a medium or low vapor pressure, especially liquefied gases. They are designed to reduce inlet pressure to very low outlet pressures and to regulate low pressures precisely. All regulators in this series are especially suitable for non-corrosive gases up to 6.0 purity (99.9999%) as well as gas mixtures with a low concentration (ppm/ppb) of corrosive components.

C 12hv/1 is a single-stage diaphragm pressure regulator for applications where minor fluctuations in outlet pressure due to diminishing inlet supply can be tolerated. It also has a vacuum dosing capability down to 0.1 bar abs. C 12hv/1 can be plain or equipped with a shut-off valve (type A) or a metering valve (type B). It can also be equipped with an inert gas purge valve (TP) or with a triple purge block (EP). This regulator has a maximum primary pressure of 12 bar (174 psi) and the outlet pressure range extends from 0.2 bar (2.9 psi) to 3 bar (44 psi).

REDLINE^® C 60/1

C 60/1 is a single-stage diaphragm pressure regulator for applications where minor fluctuations in outlet pressure due to diminishing inlet supply can be tolerated. It can be plain or equipped with a shut-off valve (type A) or a metering valve (type B). This regulator has a maximum primary pressure of 60 bar (870 psi) and the outlet pressure ranges from 0.2 bar (2.9 psi) to 28 bar (406 psi).
