We supply chemicals for electronic manufacturing though our joint venture with Asia Union Electronic Chemical Corporation (AUECC), a leading supplier of wet process chemicals to high-tech industries worldwide. Its wet chemical portfolio includes a full range of acids, solvents, oxidisers, bases, mixed acids and buffered oxide etchants in a range of purity levels down to sub-100 parts per thousand (ppt).
AUECC is also the first choice for wet chemicals among solar cell manufacturers. Its products support the photovoltaic wet process solutions for saw damage repair, surface texturisation, surface cleaning and PSG removal and edge isolation.
Manufacturing is located in Shanghai, China and Taiwan and AUECC products are distributed globally.
