Linde Gas’ traceable products are developed to suit the needs of the producing pharmaceutical industry. The unique products help manufacturers comply with the applicable regulations on gas used in pharmaceutical production.
By turning to Linde Gas’ traceable products, the producer of pharmaceuticals or active pharmaceutical ingredients is assured of the quality and integrity of the gas. The amount of in-house gas analysis can be reduced to a minimum, which means in the long run stock-turn can be improved.
By choosing traceable gases from Linde Gas, the pharmaceutical producer is guaranteed gases that conform to agreed and internationally harmonized specifications. The gases are analyzed for identity and impurities using qualified analytical equipment.
VERISEQ® Gases and the HiQ® Trace Pharma and Trace product lines fulfill the monograph requirements in the European and the United States Pharmacopoeias. The analytical methods are in accordance with the same monographs, or equivalent validated methods. |

| The liquid products covered in VERISEQ® PGC are produced according to written and documented manufacturing procedures. VERISEQ® Gases include the liquid gases nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide. The use of these liquid products increases security and saves time during pharmaceutical and API production.
Linde Gas offers two supply options and VERISEQ® Gases are delivered with either a certificate of analysis or a certificate of conformity to ensure traceability. VERISEQ® Gases have a verified and better traceability than any other similar product on the market.
The first product launched is VERISEQ® LIN (Liquid Nitrogen). It is the first liquid nitrogen ever to fulfil both Nitrogen monographs in the European Pharmacopoeia as well as the monograph requirements in the United States National Formulary and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia.

| The HiQ® concept represents Linde’s specialty gas products, hardware and services. Part of the HiQ® Specialty Gas Product Program are traceable gaseous products for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology.
Trace Pharma products are the gaseous equivalents to VERISEQ® Gases. In addition to nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide, the Trace Pharma gaseous products also include Synthetic Air.
When traceable nitrogen or carbon dioxide with higher purities than the European and U.S. Pharmacopoeias state are required, the HiQ® Specialty Gas Product Program offers appropriate products with 5.0 purity, i.e. 99.999 %, under the name Trace. |
