SOLVOCARB® pH control for wastewater treatmentOur SOLVOCARB wastewater treatment solutions are a cost-effective, environmentally sound way of controlling your pH with accuracy, facilitating on-site wastewater treatment processes, and avoiding scaling in your anaerobic treatment process. Controlling pH with carbon dioxide (CO2) is much more precise and easier than using strong mineral acids.

ADALKA® process stabiliserOur patented ADALKA process stabiliser simplifies pH control in papermaking. It is based on a buffering solution, formed by combining carbon dioxide (CO2) and caustic soda (NaOH), which is added to the process to regulate and stabilise pH, alkalinity and calcium levels – offering more precise regulation and quality gains.

ACTICO® CO2 pulp washACTICO CO2 pulp wash boosts your capacity without necessitating new and larger washing equipment. The CO2 slightly reduces the pH value but keeps it within the alkaline band. This results in less swollen fibres and improved dewatering as more water is released from the fibres.

Soap acidulation with CO2 instead of H2SO4Black liquor soap skimmings are typically acidulated with sulfuric acid (H2SO4) to form crude tall oil (CTO). LOTOx™ NOx abatement technologyOur LOTOX technology is an end-of-pipe system that removes NOx by adding ozone to oxidise insoluble nitric oxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) to nitrous oxide (N2O).
